About Family Health Care
Family Health Care is a progressive, non-profit health care system dedicated to providing quality care for the rural, underserved populations in west-central Michigan. Led by a board of directors composed of community members and patients, Family Health Care offers the opportunity to be part of a diverse care team focused on meeting every patient's total health care needs. As the oldest Federally Qualified Health Center in Michigan, Family Health Care provides services in five counties through 13 sites, serving more than 28,000 patients per year.
